For Church Conference there are two separate things needed: (1) Local church reports and (2) Conference reports.
(1) Local Church Reports
Local Church Reports are Narrative Reports that are for (a) communicating the purpose of your ministry area; (b) celebrating God’s achievements through our ministries and church; (c) casting vision and concrete goals for 2023. I am not sure how it was done in the past here. I am assuming you all have done this because it is pretty standard. If not, we can get together and get through it together.
